The first step of our adoption process is to have a phone interview or video call with us. This is to make sure we match each of our beloved puppies with the perfect forever family.
Next, we'll have you fill out our easy-to-use puppy application. We carefully review applications to be sure we’re doing all we can to ensure a good placement for our puppies. Each puppy is very special to us and a forever family is our top priority.
If you choose to reserve one of our cherished puppies, we'll ask that you place a $500 deposit. This ensures that your new puppy is reserved for your family to bring home once ready or join our waitlist.
If we don't have any puppies available, you can always join our wait list by placing a deposit. Once on our waiting list, you'll be sure to get the puppy of your dreams when a new litter becomes available.
Once the puppy is old enough 9-12 weeks old ensure puppy is well developed, you'll bring your new Fur baby home! All of our puppies come with a one-year health guarantee and will be up to date on their vaccines and de-worming. Pedigree Certificate and official ownership registration APR is available.
Yorkie Pricing
Average price you can expect to pay when purchasing from a reputable experienced breeder is $3500-$5000. Some breeders that have quality show dogs can charge more. Breeders who prioritize the health and well-being of fur baby we often charge higher price. We Invest our time and resources in breeding practices, including health care and socialization.
Pedigree and Bloodline- yorkies with a strong pedigree or lineage of champions tend to have a higher price tag. They are documented bloodline, and you can tell the yorkies genetic history and potential traits.
Rare Colors may be priced higher: Such as Exotic Blue Merle, Choclate Merle & Choclate Yorkie
If there is a high demand in a certain area of limited supply of yorkie puppies the cost can go up. Sometimes starter kits included, training, microchipping, certificates, coat colors, rare eye coloring, breeding rights can influence the pricing.
