Are Yorkies good with kids?

Yorkies can be great companions for children, but like any dog, proper socialization and training are key. Supervision is recommended, especially with younger children. Great family pets, but their small size makes them vulnerable to rough handeling. Best suited to families with older childeren who understand how to handle small dogs gently.

Do Yorkies shed?

Yorkies have hair instead of fur, meaning they shed very minminally. This makes them a good option for people with allergies, though regular grooming is essential to prevent tangles.

How long do yorkies live?

With proper care. Yorkies have a lifespan of 11-15 years.

Do Yorkies get along with other pets?

Yorkie Waitlist & Deposit Policy

Thank You for your interest in our Exotic Merle and Traditional Yorkies! Here's how our waitlist and purchasing process works:

1.) Waitlists Deposit:

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on our waitlist. This deposit is applied toward the total price of chosen puppy.

2.) Pricing:

Prices range from $3,000 to $6,000 depending on the puppy and documents requesting (Pedigree Certificate) (Breeding Rights)

The Buyer agrees to conduct appropriate health testing.

All offspring produced must be registered with AKC or APR

Additional fee added to regular purchase price to grant buyer breeding rights.

Prohibited Actions: The Buyer agrees not to sell or transfer the dog or its offspring to puppy Mills, pet store, or unethical breeders. The Buyer may not resell this dog with breeding rights without prior written approval from seller.

 

Once the liter is born, you'll be notified and given the opportunity to select your puppy.

3.) Selection Process:

After the puppies are born, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred puppy. This must be done within 24 hours of notification.

4.) Remaining Balance:

The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of selecting your puppy.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Puppies will only be reserved once the deposit and full payment are received as per the timeline.
